PerthDeals publishes information about deals offered by third-party retailers. We do not sell anything, we do not hold stock, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a retailer.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to describe deals accurately and we timestamp every price we capture. Even so, prices, availability and terms change without notice, and deals can end early or sell out. Always verify the final price and the terms with the retailer before you buy. Information here is provided "as is", without warranty.

Our liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from a retailer's pricing, stock, delivery, warranty or customer service, or from a deal that has changed or ended. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
